In our AFI Purchase Monitor, you receive the purchase requisitions in real time. You can see their status at a glance and check the approval status. A variety of filter options assist in finding important documents.

Convenient Processing

Specify the purchase requisition in the AFI Purchase Center. In the Center, individual purchase requisitions are collected, checked and completed using the SAP GUI. All important information on the processing status and history can be easily viewed and then transferred to the subsequent process. By completing and consolidating documents, operational purchasing gains a whole new flexibility.

On the Road: the Mobile App

You are on a business trip and would like to continue with a smooth procurement process? No problem: with our mobile app, you can enter and approve purchase requisitions on the road and transfer them to the subsequent process within SAP.

Smart Approval Process

With our intelligent workflow, the purchase requisitions can be automatically transferred to the responsible approver based on cost centers. Automatic order creation in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP creates new resources in strategic business.

Supplier Catalogues

Integrate all supplier catalogues via OCI. Your requesters will be pleased. Items from various catalogues can be entered via one interface. Times of maverick buying are over.

Language Packages

AFI's standard software solutions are delivered in German and English. Further languages are optionally available.

Our customers currently have more than 20 national languages in use, e.g. Bulgarian, Chinese, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish or Turkish.

Language packages are individually extendible and will be automatically included in future software releases. This ensures that new functions and features can be understood and used by co-workers at locations abroad.
